1.1.4.2 Laxatives
Linaclotide may be considered for use in adults with moderate to severe irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) who meet the criteria in the Place of Linaclotide in NICE IBS pathway and PR Policy. Patients must be scheduled for review 4 weeks after initiation.
