Rimegepant (Vydura®) is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. To be used in accordance with NICE TA919. NHS Kent and Medway have produced this guidance to support with the implementation and prescribing of rimegepant for the treatment of acute migraines. Locally, this treatment will be used in patients who have a confirmed diagnosis of episodic migraine with an acute exacerbation of migraine symptoms.
